The CitaLink® Live Caller is designed to be incredibly easy to use, so you’ll be up and running mere minutes after signing up. There’s no equipment or software to buy or install. All you need is a phone and a PC with an Internet connection!
1. Import your leads/contacts
You can import lead lists in the most common formats, including .xls (Excel) and CSV. You can also type in leads.
2. Record a message
Record a message to be automatically left on the voice mail of those who don’t answer. You can even load a pre-recorded promotional or “leader” message for them to listen to, followed by your phone number to call.
3. Click the “Make Calls” button!
The Live Caller will call you at the phone number you’ve provided – your cell phone, home phone, any phone. Then, when you’re ready, it will start getting people from your list on the phone for you, one after another.

Do I need to purchase any equipment to use CitaLink?
No, you do not need to purchase any equipment to use
Does my calling time roll over from month to month?
(Note: If you upgrade to the Unlimited plan, all rollover time will be discarded.)
What is the commission for signing up a subscriber under my account?
The commission payment for signing up a new subscriber is 10% of the plan amount, excluding the additional upgrade costs. (Ex: If a subscriber signs up under your referral ID for the 15 hr plan with Rollover at $67.50, your commissions will be $6.75).
What is the minimum amount of Commissions that I have to earn to receive a check?
The minimum amount of Commissions that will be mailed out is $25.00. However, if you have earned an amount lower than $25.00, the amount will be rolled over to the following month and once you have reached the required $25.00 limit a Commission check will be mailed out to you.
What equipment is required for CitaLink?
Telephone – Any Land Line or Cell Phone
Web Browser – FireFox Recommended (not compatible with AOL, Safari, or Chrome)
Recommended Computer (minimum)
Computer Processor: 800MHz Pentium III or Athlon, or better
Computer Memory: 256MB or better
Example: If you have an office of 5 people, but only 2 are telemarketing… You would only need 2 Call Logic accounts.

CitaLink is merely a tool to aid in efficient calling. As such, its function is not to “screen” lists in any way; every name on the list as supplied will be called. You or your list providers are responsible for verifying that lists are in compliance with FTC Do Not Call regulations.
